In 2014, Kenneth Jones Real Estate acquired Award Realtors & Property Management, a well-established company specializing in Leasing & Property Management. At that time, we decided to merge the Kenneth Jones and Award rental portfolios into one and operate under the name Award Property Management. All property management operations of the Kenneth Jones Group are now conducted under Award Property Management.
